Summary: We did not have a very good stay at this hotel. I was not impressed with the staff during check-in – in fact, I felt that they were making fun of me. The room was tiny and the charging plugs did not work. Although the hotel was not very full, they gave us a room with a horrible view. I would not stay there again.

Summary: Really nice stay. We ordered 2 rooms. One of the rooms we got has a view to the lake. It was really nice and the view was AMAZING. The other room only had a view to the inside of the hotel (the courtyard) , which was not so inspiring. Both of the rooms had a really high cleaning stand and was very nice. We tried their evening menu, and both the dishes for children and adults were of really high quality and tasted really good.

Summary: Stayed in one of the windowless rooms. Room was modern and clean. Great price for what you’re getting. Would recommend and stay there again.

Summary: Sad that I was not allowed to use my Silver member benefit as offered in my reservation: "Congratulations! As a Silver member, you get access to extra benefits when you book a VIP Access accommodation. Your exclusive Silver benefits: 20% discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages (once per stay)" The restaurant was closed the night I arrived and the hotel did not allowed me to use in the morning paying an additional breakfast service.
